Magnetic flap level gauge

When the liquid level in the tested container rises and falls, the float in the main tube of the magnetic flap level gauge also rises and falls. The long-term magnetic steel inside the float is transmitted to the on-site indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flipping columns to flip 180 °.

The basic principle of the operation of magnetic flap level gauge:

The magnetic flap level gauge operates based on the principles of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the tested container rises and falls, the float in the main tube of the magnetic flap level gauge also rises and falls. The long-term magnetic steel inside the float is transmitted to the on-site indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flipping columns to flip 180 °. When the liquid level rises, the flipping columns change from white to red. When the liquid level drops, the flipping columns change from red to white. The red and white boundary positions of the indicator are the actual height of the medium liquid level in the container, thus achieving liquid level indication. Magnetic technology, switches or remote transmitters can also be installed on the main body tube to output switch signals or analog signals. Suitable for high temperature, high pressure, corrosion resistance and other occasions, it can be displayed locally and controlled remotely.

The magnetic flap level gauge has a direct reading feature for on-site display. No need for multiple sets of liquid level gauge combinations. It has the advantages of single body full range measurement, less equipment openings, clear display, prominent markings, and intuitive readings.

Due to the enclosed structure of the magnetic coupling isolator. Especially suitable for detecting flammable, explosive, and corrosive toxic liquid levels. This makes the liquid level detection method in the original complex environment simple, reliable, and safe.

2、 Technical parameters:

1. Installation method: side mounted top mounted

2. Measurement media: such as water, oil, other chemical solvents, and liquid raw materials

3. Material requirements: such as 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, stainless steel lined with PTFE, PP, PVC (if the user is not clear, our technical personnel can help select the location after providing relevant parameters)

4. Measure the temperature of the medium: The different temperatures determine the different types of materials used for floats and display panels. When the temperature is too low in winter, it is necessary to install a potential heat or steam jacket for insulation. The liquid level gauge can measure the medium temperature from -20 ℃ to 500 ℃.

5. Work pressure: The magnitude of pressure determines the thickness of the main pipe and the different processing techniques such as welding. The pressure of the medium that can be measured by the liquid level gauge can reach 10MPa.

6. Connection method: The top mounted magnetic flap level gauge series products generally use DN80 or DN100 connection flanges, while the side mounted magnetic flap level gauge uses three connection methods: flange connection (such as DN25), clamp connection, and threaded connection.

7. Measurement range:

1. The side mounted type is connected to the container to be measured through two conduits, so its measurement range is the distance between the centers of the two conduits, abbreviated as center distance.

2. The top mounted type is inserted into the container from the top, so its measurement range is the distance that needs to be measured between the top and bottom of the container.
