Shielded power cables for variable frequency circuits

This product is suitable for power transmission systems with rated voltage of 0.6/1KV and below that match the shielding requirements and strict power lines and transmission and distribution lines of variable frequency motors.

Applicable scope

This product is suitable for power transmission systems with rated voltage of 0.6/1KV and below that match the shielding requirements and strict power lines and transmission and distribution lines of variable frequency motors. This product has good shielding performance and also serves as a concentric neutral protective conductor.

Product features and usage characteristics

1. Adopting compliant shielding that can resist electrostatic coupling, electromagnetic induction, electromagnetic waves, poor grounding, and power line conducted interference.

2. Due to the use of phase lines wrapped inside the shielding layer (conductor), when zero sequence or high-order harmonic current components appear in the line, the total current inside the shielding layer (concentric conductor) is zero, which does not cause electromagnetic interference to the outside world.

3. It has low and uniform positive (reverse) and zero sequence impedance, which is beneficial for improving power supply quality compared to ordinary four core cables.

The reactance value of the shielding layer (concentric conductor) in zero sequence working state is much lower than that of the fourth core conductor of ordinary force cables, which is conducive to the application of new short-circuit automatic protection equipment and the safe operation of cables and other related equipment.

A certain proportion of the shielding layer to the cross-section of the cable core provides PE protection.

6. The double-layer composite shielding allows the interference attenuation ratio to reach 104, ensuring that any external interference does not affect the system.

7. Recommended allowable bending radius: twice the cylindrical shape used for cable bending tests.

8. The combustion characteristics of flame-retardant cables

(1) Bundle flame retardant cables can withstand the bundle combustion test specified in CB/T19380.3-B class (IEC332-3).

(2) Fire resistant cables can withstand the fire resistance test specified in GB/T12666.6 (IEC60331)
