Explosion proof platinum resistor

Industrial explosion-proof platinum resistance is a temperature sensor. It is widely used in industrial automation systems. Through temperature sensors, the temperature parameters of the controlled object can be converted into electrical signals, which are transmitted to display, record, and adjust instruments to detect, adjust, and control the system.

Various flammable and explosive chemical gases and vapors are often present in chemical plants and production sites. Using ordinary platinum resistors is very unsafe and can easily cause environmental gas explosions. Therefore, in these situations, explosion-proof thermocouples must be used as temperature sensors. The explosion-proof platinum resistance products produced by our factory are suitable for places with explosive gas hazards within the temperature range of d II BT4~d II CT6. The explosion-proof thermocouples produced by our factory use imported components as temperature sensing components, and their technical performance meets the ZBY301-85 industrial platinum electrical technical conditions and grading table.

Explosion proof type and level group

Explosion proof group: d II BT4 or d II CT4; D II BT6 or d II CT6

Shell protection level: IP54

Principle structure

The structure and principle of explosion-proof thermistors and assembled thermistors are basically the same. The difference is that the junction box (shell) of explosion-proof products adopts a special explosion-proof structure in design. The junction box is made of high-strength aluminum alloy die-casting and has sufficient internal space, wall thickness, and mechanical strength. The thermal stability of the rubber sealing ring meets the national explosion-proof standard. So, when the explosive mixture inside the junction box explodes, its internal pressure will not damage the junction box, and the resulting heat energy cannot diffuse outward - transmit explosion.

Due to the use of the above-mentioned explosion-proof special structure, the product fully complies with the explosion-proof temperature range of d II BT4 to d II CT6. As long as users strictly follow the product usage rules, the product can achieve reliable explosion-proof effects.

Description of the category, level, and temperature group of electrical equipment:

Electrical equipment is divided into two categories: Class I - electrical equipment used underground in coal mines;

Class II - Electrical Equipment for Factory Use

Explosion proof level

The explosion-proof level of explosion-proof thermistors is rigid and suitable for explosive gas mixtures. The large safety gap is divided into three levels: A, B, and C.

Temperature group

The temperature groups of explosion-proof tropical internal resistance are divided into six groups, T1~T6, based on the high surface temperature of their exposed parts.
