It has excellent performance such as oil resistance, waterproof, wear-resistant, acid and alkali resistance, various corrosive gases, aging resistance, non combustion, etc. It is suitable for industries such as metallurgy, power, and petrochemical.

3: Usage characteristics

1. AC rated voltage: U0/U 450/750KV

2. Maximum working temperature: Polyfluoroethylene propylene (F46) insulation not exceeding 200 ℃

Soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) insulation not exceeding 260 ℃

3. Minimum ambient temperature: PVC sheath: fixed laying -40 ℃, non fixed laying -15 ℃

Fluoroplastic and silicone rubber sheaths: fixed laying -60 ℃, non fixed laying -20 ℃

4. The installation and laying temperature of cables should not be lower than 0 ℃ (fluorine plastic, silicone rubber, and nitrile sheathed cables should not be lower than -25 ℃).

5. Permissible bending radius of cables: The minimum allowable bending radius for non armored cables is 6 times the outer diameter of the cable

Copper tape shielded or steel tape armored cables shall have a minimum outer diameter of 12 times that of the cable

Fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed cables shall have a minimum outer diameter of 8 times that of the cable
