1、 Product Overview:

The series of products for metal tube flow meters have multiple measurement forms for users to choose from according to different user needs and occasions; According to the output form, there are on-site indication type, remote output type, and control alarm type; According to explosion-proof requirements, it can be classified into three types: ordinary type, intrinsic safety type, and isolated explosion-proof type.

This intelligent signal transmitter adopts a non-contact magnetic measurement sensor to detect changes in magnetic field angle, and is equipped with a Motorola microprocessor system. It can achieve functions such as LCD indication, accumulation, remote output (4-20mA), pulse output, upper and lower limit alarm output, etc. It has high precision and reliability, can completely replace imported instruments of the same type, and has characteristics such as high cost-effectiveness, multi parameter calibration, and power-off protection.

The design and production of metal tube flow meters also consider the user's process flow requirements, and there are various installation methods available, including vertical installation, upper inlet and lower outlet installation, side inlet and side outlet installation, bottom inlet and side outlet installation, threaded connection, and horizontal installation.

2、 Working principle:

The LZ series metal tube rotary flowmeter is a force formed by the differential pressure between the upper and lower ends of the float when the measured medium passes through a conical measuring tube from bottom to top. When the lift force on the float is greater than the weight of the float immersed in the fluid, the float rises and the annular gap area increases. The fluid flow velocity at the annular gap immediately decreases, and the differential pressure between the upper and lower ends of the float decreases. The lifting force acting on the float also decreases until the lift force is equal to the weight of the float immersed in the fluid, and the float stabilizes at a certain height. The position of the float corresponds to the flow rate of the measured medium. The float is equipped with a built-in magnetic steel, and as the float moves up and down with the medium, the magnetic field changes with the float's movement.

a、 For the on-site type, the rotating magnetic steel in the on-site indicator couples with the magnetic steel inside the float, causing rotation and driving the pointer to indicate the current flow rate through the dial.

b、 For the intelligent type, a solid-state magnetic sensor in the intelligent indicator converts the change in magnetic field into an electrical signal, which is then converted into an A/D converter, microprocessor, D/A output, and displayed on an LCD to display the magnitude and cumulative flow rate.

3、 Flowmeter type:

According to the direction of the fluid inlet and outlet, the product is divided into five types: vertical type, horizontal type (also known as horizontal T-type, horizontal spring type), bottom in side out type, side in side out type, and side in top out type. Each type has standard type, high-temperature type, jacket type, etc.

When the diameter of the horizontally installed flowmeter is less than DN50 (inclusive), a T-shaped structure is selected, and when it is greater than DN50, a spring structure is selected.

Flowmeter connection specifications: The LZ series metal tube flowmeter standard model adopts the GB/T9119-2000 flange standard, and the flange standard can be made according to customer needs; Screw connection and clamp connection can also be selected.

Magnetic filter:

If the medium contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be installed before the inlet of the flow meter.
