YE-100 and 150 capsule pressure gauges are suitable for measuring micro pressure and negative pressure that do not corrode copper alloys and do not pose an explosion risk. Gas is widely used in equipment such as boiler ventilation and gas pipelines, and diaphragm pressure gauges can be installed and indicated on site.
Structural Principles
It is composed of a measurement system (including joints, corrugated film boxes, etc.), a transmission mechanism (including rod pulling mechanism, gear transmission mechanism), an indicator component (including pointers and dials), and an outer shell (including watch case, lining ring, and watch glass).
The working principle of a bellows pressure gauge is based on the elastic deformation of the free end of the corrugated bellows under the pressure of the measured medium, which is then transmitted and amplified by a gear transmission mechanism with a lever. The measured value is gradually indicated on the dial by a pointer fixed on the gear shaft.
