1、 Working principle of monocrystalline silicon pressure transmitter

Composed by utilizing the piezoresistive effect of monocrystalline silicon. Using a single crystal silicon wafer as an elastic element, a set of equivalent resistors is diffused in a specific direction of the single crystal silicon using integrated circuit technology on the single crystal silicon film, and the resistors are connected into a bridge circuit. The single crystal silicon wafer is placed in the sensor cavity. When the pressure changes, monocrystalline silicon generates strain, causing the strain resistance directly diffusing on it to change proportionally to the measured pressure, and then the corresponding voltage output signal is obtained by the bridge circuit.
