Overview:
In certain special occasions, such as chemical plants, smelters, thermal power plants, etc., special materials and structures of thermocouples must be used.
The corrosion-resistant coating has good anti-corrosion performance. Except for molten metal lithium, potassium, sodium, hydrofluoric acid, and high flow rate liquid fluorine of oxygen trifluoride, it can resist almost all of its chemical media and can be used for a long time in the range of 0-250 ℃. If the fixed thread needs to be made into a corrosion-resistant structure, the thread cannot work in a pressure environment.
Titanium alloy tubes can withstand corrosion from seawater, various chlorides and hypochlorites, wet chlorine, and oxidizing acids (including smoke ******) and alkalis, but are not resistant to corrosion from relatively pure reducing acids (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid). The temperature range of titanium alloy tubes is below 500 ℃, and this product still complies with JB/T9238-1999 and JB/T8622-1997.
