1. Working principle:

The power busbar consists of two parallel insulated copper wires, with electric heating wires wound in the middle of the insulation layer and connected to the busbar at regular intervals (i.e., the length of the heating section) to form a continuous parallel resistance. After the busbar is energized, each parallel resistor generates heat, forming a continuous heating band.

This single-phase constant power electric heating strip is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB3836.1-83 and GB3836-83, which are the general requirements for explosion-proof electrical equipment for explosive environments and the requirements for increased safety electrical equipment. The explosion-proof grade T3 product has non flammability and has passed the test required by a closed electric heater. After being matched with increased safety electrical accessories, it is suitable for use in T group locations of explosive gas mixtures in Zone 1 and Zone 2 of factories that are not directly impacted by external forces.

RDP2-J4 high-temperature constant power electric heating strip

The working principle and product structure of the RDP2-J4 type high-temperature constant power electric heating strip are the same as those of the RDP2-J3 type constant power electric heating strip. The difference is that its insulation material uses high waterproof glass fiber and PFA fluoroplastic that is resistant to high temperature F46. Therefore, it can be used for thermal insulation in places with temperatures up to 260 ℃ to maintain a certain degree of elongation turbidity. It is particularly suitable for heating asphalt and heavy viscous oil pipelines, and its fluid maintenance temperature can reach 180 ℃ -250 ℃. This product can be used in non explosive situations and T3 group explosive gas locations in the first and second zones of factories.

RDP3-J3 three-phase constant power heating strip

The principles of three-phase constant power heating strips and single-phase constant power heating strips are basically the same, except that single-phase strips use single-phase power supply, and three-phase strips use three-phase delta power supply. In addition to the characteristics of single-phase electric heating strips, three-phase belts are particularly suitable for heat tracing and insulation of long-distance, large-diameter pipelines.

1. Working principle:

Three parallel insulated copper twisted wires are used as the power bus, with electric heating wires wrapped around the inner sheath insulation layer and connected to the power bus AB-BC-CA-AB at regular intervals (i.e. "heating section length") in a repeated cycle, forming a continuous parallel resistance between every three phases. When the busbar is energized with three-phase electricity, each parallel resistor generates heat simultaneously, forming a continuous three-phase heating belt.

DXW/PZ/J type self-limiting electric heating strip

Self limiting electric heating strip

Model meaning:

Example: DXW-PZ/J represents a self limiting work electric heating strip with PTC composite insulation material and a rated working voltage of 220V and an output power of 20W per meter at 20 ℃.

Working principle: Two copper twisted wires are used as power busbars, and a layer of self limiting heating core material with positive temperature coefficient characteristics is extruded around the busbars. When the power is connected, the power horizontally passes through the core material, forming a continuous parallel heating body. The heating core material of this electric heating strip adopts temperature memory conductive molecules processed by special processes. When the current passes through conductive molecules in the network, heat is generated. In the cold state, current is easy to pass through and generates a large amount of thermal energy. As the temperature increases, the matrix expands, and conductive molecules reduce the network density, cutting off most of the pathways. The current decreases, and the heat generation decreases accordingly. As a result, automatic temperature control is achieved, allowing heating to basically exceed thermal equilibrium. When the temperature drops, the temperature memory conductive molecules contract again, and as a result, the circuit that was originally cut off is restored, the current increases again, and the heat output increases. This characteristic is called "temperature self limiting characteristic", and the name "self limiting electric heating strip" is derived from it.

The power per unit length of the DXW type self limiting electric heating strip is equal, and its power does not increase with the total power. It can cut freely on site. The self limiting performance of this product exists throughout the entire length of the electric heating strip, thus effectively ensuring the thermal stability of the pipeline. At the same time, even if the self limiting point tropical zone interacts with each other, it will not overheat and damage the point tropical zone. It can be used for heat tracing and insulation of pipelines below 30 ℃. The starting current performance of self limiting heating strips and PTC materials is somewhat similar: a large starting current is generated at the moment of power on, and this current gradually decreases with the extension of power on time. Generally, it can be reduced to the rated value after a few seconds. Due to the fact that electric heating strips are usually started directly, DXW-PZ/J type self-limiting electric heating strips can be used with a length of 100-200mm. The installation of electrical strips should be used in conjunction with control appliances, which generally have overload, short circuit, grounding, leakage protection, and temperature protection. Self limiting electric heating strips can be used to prevent freezing and insulation of pipelines, valves, and pump bodies with a dielectric temperature below 30 ℃, and are particularly suitable for maintaining the process temperature of instrument pipelines.
