In addition to the above standards, flame retardant cables are classified into three different flame retardant categories: A, B, and C according to the GB/T18380.3-2001 standard. The flame retardant performance of Class A is excellent, and users can choose according to their needs.

1、 Product standards:

This product is produced according to GB/T 12706.1-2002 or IEC 60502 standards, and can also be produced according to other standards requested by users.

The fire resistance performance of fire-resistant cables should comply with GB/119216.21-2003.

Halogen free low smoke flame-retardant cables are produced according to enterprise standards. The flame retardant performance is divided into different flame retardant categories A, B, and C according to the GB/T18380.3-2001 standard. The smoke concentration passes the test specified in GB/T17651-1998, and the pH value and conductivity should comply with the provisions of GB/T17650.2-1998.

3、 Main features:

1. Uo/U is 450/750, 300/500, 300/300V

2. The long-term allowable temperature of the cable should exceed 105 ℃ for -105 model cables; The allowable working temperature for other models should not exceed.

3. The laying temperature of cables should not be lower than 0 ℃; Permissible bending radius: (B series), for cables with an outer diameter (D) less than 25mm, the allowable bending radius should not be less than 4D; For cables with an outer diameter (D) of 25mm or more, a bending radius of not less than 6D is allowed.

4. The flame retardant performance of flame-retardant cables (wires) should pass the combustion test of bundled wires and cables in GB/T 18380.3-2001.

5. The fire resistance performance of fire-resistant cables (wires) should pass the fire resistance test specified in GB/T 19216.21-2003.
