Assembly type thermistor

The assembled thermal resistance temperature sensor is matched with a display instrument to measure the temperature of liquids, gas media, and solid surfaces within the range of -200 to 600 ℃. It is widely used in industrial sectors and technology fields such as petroleum, chemical, mechanical, metallurgical, power, light textile, food, atomic energy, aerospace, etc.

Working principle of assembly thermistor

Thermal resistance measures temperature by utilizing the characteristic that the resistance of a substance changes with temperature. The heated part of the thermal resistor (temperature sensing element) is uniformly wound with fine metal wires on a skeleton made of insulating material. When there is a temperature gradient in the measured medium, the measured temperature is the average temperature in the medium layer within the range of the temperature sensing element
