1: Characteristics of fluoroplastic insulated and high-temperature resistant power cables
1. AC rated voltage: U0/U 0.6/1KV
2. Maximum working temperature: Polyfluoroethylene propylene (F46) insulation not exceeding 200 ℃
Soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) insulation not exceeding 260 ℃
3. Minimum ambient temperature: Fluoroplastic insulation and sheath
Fixed laying -40 ℃, non fixed laying -15 ℃
4. The installation and laying temperature of cables should not be lower than 0 ℃ (fluoroplastic, silicone rubber, and sheathed cables should not be lower than -25 ℃).
5. Cable allowable bending radius: The minimum allowable bending radius for single core cables is 15 times the outer diameter of the cable
Multi core cables should have a minimum of 10 times the outer diameter of the cable
2: Main technical indicators of fluoroplastic insulated and high-temperature resistant power cables
1. The DC resistance of the finished cable conductor (in accordance with GB3956) shall refer to Table 1 in Appendix A.
At 2.20 ℃, the insulation resistance shall not be less than 500M Ω/KM, and at 180 ℃, the insulation resistance shall not be less than 10M Ω/KM
3. The finished cable shall withstand an AC voltage test of 50Hz, 3.5KV, and 5min without breakdown.
