Category 6, 4-pair shielded twisted pair cable

Category 6 4-pair shielded twisted pair cable is a type of twisted pair cable with high resistance to electromagnetic interference, designed specifically to meet the requirements of gigabit transmission performance.

Category 6 4-pair shielded twisted pair cable is a type of twisted pair cable with high resistance to electromagnetic interference, designed specifically to meet the requirements of gigabit transmission performance. This type of cable not only meets the UL94V-0  level, but its outer skin is made of gray PVC and LSZH materials, ensuring its use in environments with electromagnetic interference and places with high requirements for data transmission security.

In addition, the standards for Category 6 4-pair shielded twisted pair cables include ISO/IEC 11801 , TIA-568-C.2 , and GB/T 18015.5 . The materials used comply with RoHS  requirements, and their performance indicators are better than the current Category 6 cable 250MHz standard. The core wire structure adopts oxygen free copper material and high-density polyethylene insulation material, ensuring good electrical performance.

At 20 ℃, its electrical performance range is 1.0-250.0MHz, characteristic impedance is 100 ± 15 Ω, time delay difference is ≤ 45 at 20 ℃ (ns/100m), and DC resistance is max9.5 at 20 ℃ (Ω/100m). This type of cable is mainly used in indoor environments, providing excellent performance and reliability.
